Abstract
The implementation of quantum learning in vocational education has the potential to create active, contextual, and meaningful learning experiences that are relevant to students’ future work needs. However, its implementation at SMK Pawyatan Daha 1 Kediri has not been fully consistent, requiring further examination of the values that emerge and the factors that influence its implementation. This study aims to analyze the implementation of quantum learning through the TANDUR framework, identify the values emerging during the learning process, and analyze the factors that hinder its implementation. This study employed a qualitative case study approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation involving teachers, students, and the vice principal for curriculum. The data were analyzed thematically with the assistance of NVivo 12 software based on the TANDUR framework. The findings indicate that the implementation of quantum learning covered the Tumbuhkan, Alami, Namai, Demonstrasikan, Ulangi, and Rayakan stages, although these stages were not implemented consistently by all teachers. The values that emerged included learning motivation and interest, active participation, confidence, knowledge acquisition, memory retention, critical thinking, skills, communication, collaboration, responsibility, and independence. The main barriers were related to student characteristics and the students’ social environment, which influenced their readiness, discipline, and engagement in learning. These findings indicate that the implementation of quantum learning depends not only on the completeness of the TANDUR stages but also on student characteristics and a supportive social environment.
