Abstract
Nonadiabatic molecular dynamics reveals dopant-controlled carrier lifetimes in brookite TiO, with Cl prolonging lifetimes, P and C accelerating recombination, and higher electronegativity and larger atomic mass generally favoring longer lifetimes.
